Commercial Law:
Providing counseling in the matters concerning commercial law, including preparation of all types of contracts and other legal documents, and representing our client in commercial matters.
Law of commercial companies and cooperatives:
Providing legal services to our clients related to foundation, changes and liquidation of commercial companies and cooperatives; represantation on General Assembly meetings including their conducting, as well as in judicial proceedings regarding the invalidity of a resolution passed by a General Assembly.
Mergers, acquisitions and capital transactions:
All legal services related to transfers of stock, participation or other proprietory interests, enterprises, as well as individual property of a subject. Legla service includes all legal counseling related to mergers and acquisitions of commercial companies and other subjects. We provide full contract service.
Bills of exchange and cheques:
Counseling related to bills of exchange and cheques, execution of bills of exchange and cheques, representation in disputes concerning these securities.
Bankruptcy and restructuring:
Represantation of a client in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, writing a proposal to start bankruptcy pursuance or restructuring, preparation of registered claims in bankruptcy proceedings, counseling during property acquisition from bankruptcy estate, along with other necessary legal services in these proceedings.
Tax law:
Providing legal counseling in tax matters, including represantation in front of tax authorities as well as represantation in court in proceedings about actions against tax authorities‘ decisions.
Claim collecting:
Complete legal services ranging from notices for a claim payment to its enforcing in an executory proceeding.
Civil law:
Drafting, preparation and annotation of all types of civil contracts and counseling during contract conclusion. Represantation in civil disputes.
Real estates:
Counseling and all other legal services during any type of real estate transfer, creation of liens and real burdens to real estates, and real estate leaseholds. Preparation of all types of contracts concerning real estate.
Labour law:
Standard labour law agenda, drafting and preparation of labour contracts, work regulations, their changes, as well as legal services related to employment termination.
Criminal law:
Defence at all stages of criminal proceedings, Formulation and submission of complaints, formulation of all written submissions, complaints, motions and amendatory tools, representation of the injured party in ciminal proceedings.
